Role Description: The Senior Sales and Business Development Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing revenue-generating opportunities with advertisers, sponsors, and strategic partners. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, preparing compelling sales pitches and proposals, and negotiating commercial terms aligned with the station’s values. The associate will collaborate closely with programming, marketing, and finance teams to design integrated campaigns, branded content, and events that support both client objectives and Radio Now’s public service mission.
