Senior Revenue Accountant
The Red Hat Transaction Architecture Team is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to support the North America Region. In this role, you will be responsible for varied accounting and compliance activities. Your role will be split between technical accounting responsibilities and supporting the sales organization on deal structure and review.
The Senior Revenue Accountant works to ensure revenue is accurately recognised across a portfolio of complex deals, exercising sound judgment when applying ASC 606 to scenarios that don't fit neatly within standard guidance. This role partners with Deal Management, Sales, and Legal to assess the revenue implications of commercial structures — contributing to deal design proactively rather than reviewing retrospectively.
