About the role
As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic, you'll be the go-to on: owning end-to-end coordination, serving as the subject matter expert on pipeline health and capacity, and supervising the scheduling automation, including deciding when a candidate needs a human instead of the automated path. Beyond scheduling, you'll partner directly with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements, own the escalation path, and ensure seamless coverage across your pod.
