What We Can Achieve Together:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, provides full-service recruitment processes for our Great Plains Division; supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level). This position will include developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking and building partnerships. This person will provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database. They will recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Division, as well as coordinate with the Executive Recruiters on executive level positions.
