Senior Projektingenieur (m/w/d) Bau
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Abwicklung von Hochbau-, Tiefbau- und Industriebauprojekten in der chemischen Industrie
- Übernahme der Projektmanager-Funktion inkl. Steuerung der ingenieurtechnischen Bearbeitung sämtlicher Fachplaner und Projektbeteiligten
- Sicherstellung von wirtschaftlich optimierten Planungs- und Bauleistungen
- Kontrolle von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung unterschiedlicher Gewerke in sämtlichen Leistungsphasen (HOAI)
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieben, Stabsstellen und externen Planungsbüros sowie ausführenden Firmen
- Weiterentwicklung der Planungs- und Bauprozesse im Verbund eines integrierten Systemdienstleisters
- Zielgerichtete Teilnahme an internen und externen Fortbildungsmaßnahmen zur sowohl fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung
