Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Geophysics or Petroleum Geosciences. Advanced degrees will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years in Production Geoscience, Reservoir modelling and Field Development Planning and well execution, gained preferably from working for an oil and gas operating company.

Requisite Technical Competence & Behavioural Skill:

Strong skill in Seismic interpretation, reservoir modelling. Ability to convert FDPs into well proposals.
Self-starter with strong capacity for multi-tasking.
Good collaboration, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
Good technical, analytical and conceptual skills. Flexibility and innovative thinking.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Aptitude for stakeholder management.
