The Opportunity
In the last 6 months, agentic development has taken off – changing how software is built. We have a clear vision on how to embrace it, and an engineering org already in motion. We need a product leader to take the spark and own the connection with the builders we serve. They will turn it into strategy and keep evolving that strategy as frameworks, tools, and processes change.
Join us in the ABX org, where agentic development is the platform – a managed harness that 15,000 builders at Adobe will use to ship software with AI. Every improvement you will make compounds across engineering, product, and design, on most codebases at Adobe!
This is a build role. You'll develop the strategy, build the organizational framework from the ground up, and set the bar for what agentic development looks like at Adobe.
