- Lead and develop Process Technicians
- Develop standards and best practices for part design, tool design, and production
- Communicate with vendors, global project teams, and customers to resolve issues during development and manufacturing
- Optimize internal process efficiency and reduce scrap, in alignment with production teams (approximately 70% of time)
- Participate in meetings and product development communications (approximately 20% of time)
- Communicate with direct reports (approximately 10% of time) What We're Looking For
- 5 years' experience in Injection molding
- Degree in related mechanical engineering or plastics technology
