The Senior Paralegal (Funds Finance) supports the management of complex fund finance deals and/or projects, coordinates the finance-related workflow, and acts as a senior resource to the Fund Finance team, exercising independent judgment and providing guidance to junior paralegals

Job Description

In this capacity, the Senior Paralegal (Funds Finance) will:

• Perform work in an efficient and cost-effective manner so as to permit the Firm to reasonably collect fees for such work;
• Meet expectations of billable hours target of 1,725 (unless otherwise specified);
• Independently manage the full life cycle of assigned fund finance transactions (including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and other fund-level financings) from origination through closing and post-closing, exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision;
