Senior Mobile Engineer
Join a team building a digital-first platform for an international television and streaming media house, taking ownership of their existing React Native mobile app to operate, fix, extend and manage releases.
Responsibilities
- Take over the existing React Native app from the partner, then operate, fix and extend it.
- Manage releases and updates to the App Store and Google Play.
- Integrate content, notifications and, later, streaming into the app.
Requirements
- Production mobile delivery: At least two apps you personally shipped and kept alive in both stores, in any stack. Tell us what broke and what you did.
- Inherit & extend: You can pick up an unfamiliar codebase, work out how it hangs together, and change it safely. We will test this directly with a code-reading exercise on a React Native repo.
