Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
About this role
Section: Overview Senior Mechanical Design Engineer based in Ikeja, Lagos. Lead HVAC design, including chilled water, VRF/VRV, AHU/FAHU/FCU, ventilation, and smoke management systems. Perform load calculations and equipment sizing. Design plumbing and fire protection systems in line with relevant standards. Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit MEP (LOD 200–400) and conduct clash detection with Navisworks. Prepare tender, IFC, shop, and as-built drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
