About the team Our team brings together expertise across Global Rewards, Mobility, People Analytics, People Technology & Data, and Danish Payroll & Benefits.
In Rewards, we are responsible for the design, governance and continuous development of our global reward programmes and frameworks. You will be a key partner to the Senior Director Global Rewards & People Analytics on Executive Rewards, supporting analyses, market insights, presentations, remuneration governance and the development of future reward solutions.
