Job Description
The Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC is responsible for translating globally developed commercial capability curricula into relevant, high-impact deployment across APAC. The role leads regional execution, facilitation, adoption, reinforcement and impact measurement for the agreed capability portfolio, partnering closely with Global and APAC Commercial Education, Sales, Marketing and market Commercial Excellence teams.
The Senior Manager will focus on converting global content into market-relevant experiences, engaging cluster and country leaders, building sustainable in-market capability and ensuring that learning is applied in the business.
