About the Role Madrigal is seeking a Senior Manager, AI and Data Science to lead the design and execution of AI/DS initiatives that accelerate discovery and development of therapies for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), including Rezdiffra (resmetirom). This role will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex biomedical data into actionable insights that can improve patient outcomes and speed development timelines. What You'll Do
- Lead the AI and data science strategy and execution across discovery, translational science, and clinical development for MASH programs, including Rezdiffra.
- Build and mentor a high-performing data science team; set priorities, timelines, and governance for reproducible ML models and analyses.
