Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $125,000-$145,000 per year
Other Compensation: 10% AICP

What You'll Do as a Senior Maintenance Manager
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability strategies.
- Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
