About the Role
Element Biosciences is seeking a Senior Lead, Enterprise Master Data to define and drive the enterprise master data governance strategy across material, vendor, and customer domains. You will own the vision, standards, and execution roadmap for master data to enable scalable operations across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial functions. As a key partner to business and technical leadership, you will ensure master data is accurate, compliant, and aligned to business priorities while driving cross-functional alignment and system integration in a GxP-regulated environment. This is an on-site, San Diego-based role.
