Lead and drive Health, Environment, Safety, Security, Quality (HESQ), Product Stewardship and Compliance initiatives across the business unit, ensuring alignment with Yara standards, local regulations and global operational excellence requirements. Responsible for achieving HESQ performance targets, maintaining management systems and certifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety and quality culture throughout the value chain.
