Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily hub operations, including sorting, loading, and routing, to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery associates, coordinators,
- Rider/Driver Coordination: Monitor rider activity, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, vehicle efficiency, and productivity.
