Shell is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (also known internally as an Electrical Technology Engineer) to join its team in Geismar.
This role sits within the Site Technical (ST) organization and reports to the Discipline Supervisor. The role serves as a senior technical authority on electrical engineering matters, providing deep expertise, guidance, and assurance to the Production, Maintenance, and Projects teams. Operating within enterprise standards and technical guardrails established by Core organizations, the role retains accountability for site-level technical execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems.
