Senior Electrical Engineer
This position is for the role of Electrical/Controls Engineer on the Midwest Regulated & Renewable Energy (RRE) – Engineering Team in the Midwest. This role will support resolution of technical issues and perform engineering design for a diverse mix of generation including coal, natural gas, hydro, and solar facilities. This role will provide engineering support, focusing on power plant systems and equipment at the generating stations within the region. The Senior Engineer manages work in engineering areas of specialization, with minimal supervision. The Senior Engineer is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently, with guidance limited to unusual or complex projects or issues. Employees in the Senior Engineer position are fully competent in the use of concepts and procedures.
