What you'll do
- Reports to Workshare Manager.
- Assist the Senior lead as directed and as necessary.
- If appointed as Project Manager, shall:
- Prepare Project Quality Plan;
- Organize and lead the Design Team, which may consist of Engineers, Checkers and Draftspersons;
- Coordinate with client and consultant team;
- Hold regular meetings with the Design Team to check on the work progress and any technical issues;
- Ensure incorporation of agreed changes in drawings/specifications; and keep proper records of the changes and prepare variation cost as necessary;
- Carry out design; prepare/review project reports; ensure calculations/drawings/specifications are checked in accordance with Project Quality Plan;
- Ensure that the document control system is implemented;
- Attend meetings as required
