Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the Seattle region. This client-facing role will deliver cost management, quantity surveying, and commercial advisory services across a range of construction projects while ensuring client objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven cost management experience, capable of working independently and collaboratively while building trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
