About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager (Global) you will lead global clinical trial operations within Bicara Therapeutics’ Clinical Operations group, ensuring high-quality data delivery, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive study execution across sites, vendors, and sponsors.
What You'll Do
- Lead global trial operations, timelines, budgets, and governance to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage CROs, vendors, and site management activities; oversee monitoring and data quality.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment with protocol and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure GCP/ICH compliance and drive risk management and issue resolution.
