Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support our Professional and Executive Liability (ProExec) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a fast-paced brokerage environment and takes pride in keeping processes moving efficiently behind the scenes.
The successful candidate will support the entire ProExec team by managing a variety of operational tasks, coordinating documentation, assisting with quoting activities, handling surplus lines processes, resolving accounting-related issues, and ensuring seamless service for brokers and clients.
