Purpose of the Role: Act as the owner of assigned brand(s), owning brand growth, market performance and the end-to-end consumer journey. Translate consumer, shopper and cultural understanding into outstanding activation, execution and commercial results.
Experience / skills required: Deliver brand P&L, growth, market share, brand health, and ROI objectives across assigned rum brands and portfolio segments. Support the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with global and regional brand strategies. Own the execution of the end-to-end consumer and shopper journey, translating global campaigns, growth drivers, and innovation initiatives into locally relevant activations with the Partners.
