Job Summary
- Nina Jojer Africa is seeking a dynamic, highly diligent, and forward-thinking Senior Associate to directly support the Director of Africa Markets and Client Advisory.
- The successful candidate will act as a key execution partner — managing complex consulting projects, attaining new clients and projects, drafting high-impact advisory briefs for corporate and public sector clients, and coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements.
- In line with the firm’s culture of high autonomy and high trust, this role carries real ownership over a portfolio of engagements rather than purely supporting work. The role demands sharp analytical skills, exceptional communication, business acumen, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to drive efficiency.
