The Role
As a Senior Analyst Retirement Actuarial Consulting, you will support the delivery of quality Retirement solutions covering plan valuations, design & review including plan conversions, and other retirement benefit services. You may also get involved in insurance, health, and other risk projects requiring actuarial support.
Performance Objectives:
Excellence:
- Provide technical assistance to the Consultant/Senior Consultant in the following areas:
- Data preparation, validation & reconciliation
- Assumption setting
- Actuarial valuation of retirement plans, including the use of WTW standard valuation software.
- Analysis of valuation results
- Plan benchmarking, design, and costing
- Retirement plan set-up, review, and harmonization
- Benefit projections and individual benefit calculations
