This role is responsible for performing key system configurations and facilitating a variety of Payroll operations functions including operational audits, SOX control governance, and report development for usage across the enterprise. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams across Accounting, Technology, and Operations to ensure payroll systems and processes meet the needs of the business. Successful candidates will combine strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities with payroll expertise to transform the organization through innovation and data-driven decision making.
