Keep the Mama Gang safe, secure, and ready for anything at Mama Shelter Dubai! As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead the security team, protect our guests and colleagues, and make sure Mama stays a safe place to work, play, and have a good time.
THE MISSION?
- Lead the Security Squad: Supervise, guide, and motivate the security team, making sure everyone knows their role and is ready to keep Mama safe.
- Be Mama’s Eyes & Ears: Keep a watchful eye across the hotel, conduct regular patrols, and spot potential risks before they become problems.
- CCTV Commander: Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems to keep everything under control and respond quickly to anything suspicious.
- Ready for Anything: Respond calmly and confidently to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and unexpected situations, because panic is never part of the uniform.
