Job title: Security Officer
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and documenting actions taken.
