Monterey Wine Company is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team beginning September 2026 through the completion of the 2026 harvest season. This position supports harvest operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, fabricating, and installing winery production and facility equipment while promoting a safe work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on cellar, crush, production, and facility equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration/HVAC, welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment repairs.
- Fabricate replacement parts and install new or repaired equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, piping, fabrication, and construction schematics.
