About this role

What will your functions?

Gestión completa y seguimiento de los expedientes de tráfico asignados (exportación marítima y tráfico doméstico origen/destino Canarias).
Contacto con navieras-compañías, proveedores, etc.
Atención a clientes y agentes.
Seguimiento de embarques/cargas.
Resolución de incidencias.
Cotizaciones y facturación.

What are we looking for?

Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de exportación marítima y tráfico doméstico origen/destino Canarias.
Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa y/o de Comercio Internacional.
Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
