Summary: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach, oversee, and guide agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams. The Scrum Master's responsibilities will include ensuring that development teams follow appropriate agile framework values and agile practices (Scrum or Kanban), mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and team level PI planning activities
- Servant Leader building and cultivating high-performing teams by creating a safe environment of trust and transparency. Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self organization.
- Ensure healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well understood work.
