About the Unit Within Yara, Crop Nutrition and Biologicals Products R&D leads the development and innovation of our crop nutrition solutions. We generate scientific and agronomic insights through laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials; translate these into product concepts and development projects, and support the wider organization with robust, evidence-based knowledge.
We are seeking a curious, proactive, and impact-driven scientist to advance our product development and innovation pipeline for new fertilizers and sustainable technologies that complement and strengthen Yara’s premium crop nutrition portfolio. This role is an integral member of the Crop Nutrition and Biologicals Products R&D team and reports to the R&D Lead – Premium Products and Organics.
