About the Role Bachem sucht einen Scientist Peptidwirkstoffe R&D LPPS/TAPS (w/m/d) für unser Forschung & Entwicklung Team in Bubendorf. Die Position fokussiert die moderne Synthese peptidischer Wirkstoffe, Peptidfragmente und Aminosäurebausteine in Lösung, mit Verantwortung für Planung, Analyse und Interpretation von Experimenten sowie der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verfahren im LPPS/TAPS-Bereich. What You'll Do
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Analyse und Interpretation von Experimenten sowie die Darstellung der erhaltenen Ergebnisse
- Planung und zeitgerechte Durchführung von Entwicklungsarbeiten bzw. Prozessoptimierungen in Kooperation mit anderen Abteilungen, unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Sicherheit
- Durchführung von Prozesstransfers (Scale-up) und Unterstützung der Produktion bei Einführung neuer Prozesse, teils unter cGMP-Richtlinien
