Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day administration of Ritman College.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum delivery, teaching quality, assessment, and student achievement.
- Supervise, mentor, appraise, and develop academic and non-academic staff.
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable educational regulations, policies, and professional standards.
