Schadenspezialist Help Point Pfäffikon SZ (m/w/d)
Das erwartet dich
- Sicherstellung der Dienstleistung des Help Point Betriebes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fahrzeugexperten-Team
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und selbständiges Bearbeiten von Motorfahrzeugschäden
- Einleiten von Sofortmassnahmen (u.a. Expertisen) und aktive Lösungsfindung
- Entgegennehmen von Schadensmeldungen am Telefon und Sicherstellung des Help Point Prozesses vor Ort
- Pflegen von persönlichem Kundenkontakt sowie regelmässigen Kontakt zu internen und externen Partnern
- Flexibilität zur Aushilfe an anderen Help Point Standorten
Das zeichnet dich aus
- Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche
