Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Lead to lead our inside sales function and build a disciplined, conversion-focused telesales team. The role goes beyond supervising calls. You will be responsible for ensuring that enquiries are captured, followed up, nurtured and converted into confirmed business opportunities, while coaching the team to consistently improve performance. The role covers telesales, lead management, reservations, CRM management and customer relationship processes across our venues, rental business and curated events.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Revenue Generation:
- Lead and supervise the Telesales and Reservations team.
