Williams Sonoma is a multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home. Our family of brands in Australia includes the well-known retailer’s west elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids & Williams-Sonoma.
Our Chadstone Stores is looking for Sales & Service Leads, also known as Sales & Service Key Holders, to help create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will support the store team by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and helping lead the floor in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
We will be offering both fixed-term and permanent part-time opportunities, with 30–48 hours per fortnight on a fixed two-week rotating roster, including late trade and alternate weekends.
