Overview
HIRING: SALES REPRESENTATIVE for Realty Junction Properties in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, networking, and personal prospecting.
- Respond to and qualify company-generated leads.
- Understand clients’ budgets, needs, and investment objectives.
- Present properties, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections.
- Follow up consistently after inspections and presentations.
- Handle objections and negotiate within approved company terms.
- Close sales and coordinate payments/documentation with management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate referrals.
Key KPIs:
- Generate 5 new qualified leads monthly.
- Conduct 5 site inspection visits.
- Close a minimum of 1 client per month.
- Maintain consistent daily follow-up.
