As a Sales Order Processor, you will:
Job Description
- Support Regional Account Managers with order processing and account management activities
- Process and confirm customer and wholesaler purchase orders using SAP
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, pricing, delivery status, and tracking information
- Manage order fulfillment, shipment coordination, backorders, and order exceptions
- Review purchase orders for accuracy, including part numbers, pricing, and order details
- Provide order confirmations, proof of delivery documentation, shipping updates, and tracking information
- Process customer returns, cancellations, freight claims, parcel claims, and sales return authorizations
