About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales of the company products – (Skin care, Perfumes, Room sprays and diffusers).
- Meet and exceed set targets.
- Demonstrate proper use of skin care products and fragrances.
- Cross-sell, up-sell and link-sell products when appropriate.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and stock.
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
- Advise customers on skincare routines.
- Weekly, monthly activity reporting.
