Sales Leadership: Drive capital equipment sales within the assigned region, focusing on Enduron High Pressure Grinding Rolls, Enduron Optimil, and integrated future-ready flowsheet solutions. Lead marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives to expand market presence.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong multi-level relationships with customers, engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and asset owners in the mining and minerals processing sectors. Act as the primary interface between customers and commercial teams locally and overseas.
