Sales Manager (Direct Sales Agent) Job Location: Lagos
Role Objective:
- Lead and energize the field sales team to execute astutely, supervise and coordinate field sales operations, drive territory performance, support sales execution, and ensure achievement of commercial objectives while supporting development of the team in their roles.
Key Responsibilities & Metrics
Drive Revenue Growth and Market Penetration:
- Achieve agreed sales target through accurate forecasting and execution of sales tactical plans whilst developing a culture of performance and self-accountability for delivery of quality results within the team and increasing our customer reach.
Metrics:
- Sales target achievement
- New Customer recruitment
- Repeat purchase rate
- Product availability and visibility across territories
- Monthly sales growth
