We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager / B2B Closer to take ownership of our sales operation, manage and develop our SDR team, and personally close qualified opportunities.
This is not a traditional corporate management position.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performance outbound sales operation while taking qualified meetings generated by our SDRs and turning them into clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs
- Run sales calls with qualified prospects
- Own the sales process from discovery to close
- Build and continuously improve our outbound sales process
