About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales (residential, commercial, or off-plan — specify as applicable). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident negotiator, and target-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and marketing-generated inquiries
- Follow up promptly with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
