About the Role
TravelDeer, a Lagos-based travel management company run by IATA-certified travel professionals, is seeking a Sales Executive to generate sales, nurture client relationships, and support the agency's overall business development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel products and services (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries and provide expert travel advice
- Manage bookings, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Support the sales team with administrative and client service tasks
- Identify market trends and report customer feedback to management
- Meet set sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a travel agency or similar role
