About the Role
JOB PURPOSE: Be in charge of developing and executing sales and technical service plans for Sika's Grinding Aid and cement additives portfolio within the assigned cement plant accounts. The role drives revenue growth by building strong relationships with cement manufacturers, delivering plant trial support and technical solutions that improve grinding efficiency and cement quality, and ensuring full alignment with Sika’s commercial and quality standards.

- Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Grinding Aid / cement additives business. Achieve short- and long-term sales targets for assigned cement plant accounts in line with regional and company objectives. Provide monthly status reports to the Area Manager.
