Job responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and basic sales reports.
- Maintain customer records and filing, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle customer calls, emails and messages, and coordinate with internal teams.
