About this role
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's adhesive products to retailers, distributors, and end users within the assigned territory.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all assigned outlets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations and facilitate timely replenishment.
- Execute trade promotions and merchandising activities to drive product movement.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
